It looks like the worst part of this pandemic is behind us and that we are moving back to our lives as they were before the pandemic. With that in mind, we continue to revise and update our clinic Covid-19 policies. When Governor Abbot removed the mask mandate, we also dropped the requirement that our clients wear masks in the building. The staff has continued to wear masks when working with you. Now, with many of our staff and clients having received the vaccine, and the research indicating that it is very effective against the virus, effective June 14, 2021 our team members will no longer be required to wear a mask when working with you. We continue to not require our clients to wear masks. We will continue to sanitize rooms between visits and maintain a high level of overall cleaning.
We will continue to offer curb service if that is your preference. We can deliver products to your car. We can now invoice you through text message allowing you to pay online. And, if you prefer, we will also continue to care for your pet without you having to enter the building. We can come to your car for your pet, you can visit with the tech and doctor via phone or video conference and we can return you pet to your car. We will continue to schedule virtual visits for certain conditions.
All of us at RWAH appreciate the support, encouragement, kindness, and patience of our wonderful pet parents during this time. We are grateful to you for standing with us through this trying period. We look forward to continuing our relationship and supporting you in whatever form you, as the pet parent, are most comfortable.
